그리고 거의 비슷하게 / 미국 증권 시장 개장 전 거래에서도

 

이는 따른 것입니다. / 전 세계 수십 대의 항공기가 운항이 중단된 데 /

airliner

: a large plane that carries passengers (대형 여객기)

 

airline

: a company that provides regular flights to take passengers and goods to different places (항공사)

 

plug

: a small plastic object with two or three metal pins that connectes a piece o electrical equipment to the main supply of electricity (플러그);

a part in a car engine that produces a spark which makes the fuel burn and starts the engine (점화장치);

a round piece of material that fits into a hole and blocks it (마개)

 

fall off (과거: fell off)

: to get lower in amount or level (떨어지다)

 

wipe something off sth

: to remove something form sth (sth에서 something을 없앤다.);

to reduce the value of an investment, usually succenly and by a large amount (sth에서 something 가치를 줄인다.);

4. 어려웠던 점

shares 발음을 정직하게 해주지 않고 쉐에스..? 정도로 발음 합니다.

 

eight 발음이 뒤에 t 사운드로 강하게 내는 듯함 느낌이 들어 eighty? eighteen? eight? 

헷갈립니다..

 

pre-market을 처음에 flee market으로 ...

 

fallen by ~ and by로 작성된 구문이 by and by로 연결된다는 것을 찾기 힘들었습니다.

 

프랑크푸르트의 영어 발음이 우리와 다릅니다. (프랭ㅋ퍼어ㅌ..?)

 

dozens를 doesn't으로 듣고..

of airliners는 빠르게 발음하면 f가 뒤에 연음이 되어 오 fㅔ어.. 암튼 어렵습니다..

 

door의 영국식 발음이 미국식과 달라 두어..?로 들립니다.

 

fell off를 빠르게 발음하면 fellow로 들립니다...

(저만 이상하게 들리는거 겠죠..😭)

오늘은 영어 발음이 너무 안들려서 꽤 걸렸습니다..

계속하다보면 저도 한 번에 다 이해하고, 받아 쓰고..

다 되겠죠..?!
