인도 경찰은 수천 명의 농부들에 의해 계획된 수도에서의 시위 행진에 앞서,
한 달 동안 델리에서의 대중 집회를 금지했습니다.

 

경찰은 이 시위가 공공 안전에 심각한 위협이 된다고 밝혔습니다.

Police in India  have imposed a month-long ban on public gatherings in Delhi ahead of a planned march on the capital by thousands of farmers.

 

They say the demonstration poses a significant threat to public safety.

기존에 알고 있던 뜻과 약간 달라지니까

해석하기가 어렵네요.

 

impose는 부과하다, demonstration은 입증으로만

알고 있었는데 😅
